Job Specifications

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA

Work Type: Full-Time | Onsite (6-Month Contract to Hire)

Experience Required: 14 – 18 Years

Compensation Contract Rate (W2): USD 52/hour

Working Hours: 8 Hours per Day | 40 Hours per Week

Eligibility: US Citizen or Green Card Holder Only

Must be currently working in the USA & Local candidates strongly preferred

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced JAVA Full Stack Developer to design, develop, integrate, and support robust digital banking applications. This role requires strong hands-on expertise across backend Java technologies and modern frontend frameworks.

The developer will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, IT teams, and security teams to deliver scalable, cloud-based solutions that enhance digital consumer banking experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, and related technologies
Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to build customer-focused digital solutions
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems
Create responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces
Write optimized SQL queries and manage database interactions
Implement integrations with third-party tools and frameworks
Deploy and manage applications using cloud platforms (primarily AWS)

Must-Have Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with:
Java
Spring Boot
Angular
React
SQL
Experience developing full-stack enterprise applications
Experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
Ability to design scalable and secure systems
Strong documentation and testing experience
US Citizen or Green Card Holder (mandatory)
Local Pittsburgh candidates preferred

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience in Banking / Financial Services domain
Experience with third-party system integrations
Exposure to cloud monitoring and DevOps practices
