How will you make an impact in this role?
Reporting into the B35 Manager Acquisition, you will be driving our internal acquisition and be responsible for Member Get Member (MGM) channel driving our BENELUX portfolio. MGM becoming the most important acquisition channel.
The team is responsible for internal acquisition and all asset creatives for both BENELUX consumer cardmember base and Netherlands SBS (self-employees, business owners) cardmember base.
Your primary goals are to sell cards to eligible customers by managing MGM channel and creating, producing and analyzing 360° MGM campaigns for the BENELUX, for consumer and SBS channels. On top of that you will be responsible for production and execution of the SBS assets for external digital acquisition.
This role requires a hands-on, digital driven, analytic skills, customer advocate marketer with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Propose strategy for MGM including defining and executing campaigns to drive NAA/AIF, increase efficiency and deliver strong ROIs in the channel.
Execute strong LTO campaigns, from a 360° approach by delivering strong assets (CTA and value proposition).
Deliver e2e Digital MGM campaigns.
Manage MGM offer changes and escalations processes identify opportunities to improve the current process.
Monitor and improve the digital journey for new MGM customers to ensure smooth and straightforward onboarding and secure conversion. This based on data driven analyses, a mobile first way of working and best practices from other markets.
Reporting and analysis of acquisition results to optimize and inform about plans.
Project management to ensure all activities are delivered on-time and within budget including accurate management of internal process (pre-Arb/iMH).
Work closely with various national and/or international internal/external teams to set up and build campaigns, to share best practices, to improve customer experience, that drive MGM acquisition.
Execute assets for SBS external digital acquisition including SoMe, Display, Banners,… in close collaboration with Media Buying team.
Manage Campaign calendar, roadmap and offers for both internal and partner campaigns.
Create best practices and leverage them.
Minimum Qualifications:
3-5 year experience as (digital) marketer
Bachelor’s degree
Ambitious, enthusiastic, hands-on individual
Creativity including critical look on campaigns. Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to drive results and ensure those outcomes help inform future initiatives.
Analytical and Data capabilities - Undertake ongoing campaign analysis to monitor marketing channel performance and ROI. Deliver regular reporting updates as required on initiatives and present during meeting.
You must be able to work independently and be able to focus and prioritize in times of fast changing priorities. You must be passionate about what you do, proud about what you deliver and be prepared to go the extra mile to make a difference.
Good (internal) partner/stakeholder management skills and organizational sensitivity
Excellent written & oral communication and presentation skills in English in addition to fluent in French and Dutch
