Job Summary
Join RailPros as a Project / Program Management Intern and immerse yourself in the dynamic world of rail infrastructure. This internship offers an exceptional chance to gain hands-on experience in project and program management within the civil and rail engineering sectors. As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with our project management team, contributing to the successful planning, execution, and completion of various civil projects. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating project activities to ensure alignment with Program goals, individual project goals, timelines, and budgets.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and project plans; prepare regular updates for stakeholders.
Communication: Act as a liaison, facilitating effective communication between project team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless information flow.
Schedule Management: Contribute to developing and maintaining individual project as well as overall program schedules; monitor progress and address any timeline deviations.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineers, architects, contractors) to achieve project milestones.
Learning and Development: Utilize this internship to gain insights into civil engineering project management.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Proficiency in electronic communication (e-mail, text) and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic work environment.
Strong team collaboration skills.

Required Education And Experience
Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management from an ABET/EAC accredited program.
No prior experience required.
