Scrum Master – AI / Platform Initiative (1-Year Contract)

Top 10 AI Search Criteria

Proven Scrum Master experience on complex digital, AI, or platform transformation initiatives

Strong Agile/Scrum delivery leadership (Sprint Planning, Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives)

Demonstrated experience driving disciplined sprint execution in MVP-driven environments

Experience removing delivery impediments across cross-functional technical teams

Background working with developers, architects, and data engineering teams

Strong backlog refinement collaboration with Product Owner

Experience tracking sprint metrics, risks, dependencies, and delivery transparency

Exposure to executive-ready demos and senior stakeholder reporting

Experience using Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent)

Nice to have: Experience supporting AI, data platforms, modernization programs; CSM or PSM certification
