Our client, a global leader in digital imaging and business solutions, is seeking a Graphic Design Specialist to join their on-site team in Oaks, PA. This role supports internal marketing and communications initiatives, ensuring brand consistency while delivering high-quality print-ready materials.

$30/hour

Contract: 5 Months (Potential for Extension)

The Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for executing design requests in alignment with established brand standards, preparing print-ready files, and partnering closely with print production and mail services teams to deliver high-quality materials.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and respond to incoming graphic design requests via email
Confirm project scope, timelines, and delivery requirements with stakeholders
Provide recommendations for cost-effective print design solutions
Translate written briefs into visually compelling, accurate design layouts
Ensure strict adherence to corporate brand guidelines and identity standards
Prepare and finalize files for print production
Execute printing and required finishing work for approved materials
Collaborate closely with on-site print production and mailroom teams
Support mail merge processes and variable data projects
Cross-train in additional on-site services including print production and mail operations

Qualifications

5+ years of graphic design experience in a corporate environment
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Experience preparing print-ready files and managing print production workflows
Detail-oriented with strong communication and project coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple requests in a deadline-driven environment
