Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for the position of Head of Sales, based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some flexibility for remote work. The Head of Sales will lead and manage the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain client relationships, oversee account management activities, and drive the achievement of sales targets. The role requires strong leadership skills and a focus on business growth through innovative sales methodologies and partnerships.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
Strong Account Management skills with a client-centered approach
Proficiency in Team Management and ability to mentor and motivate a sales team
Excellent Analytical Skills to track sales performance and drive data-driven decisions
Strategic thinking and effective communication skills are essential
Experience in fast-paced or startup environments is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
