We're seeking RQ10281 - Specialized IT Consultant - Senior for the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement. This onsite role at 5775 Yonge Street, Floor 4, Toronto designs/develops/optimizes Azure Databricks ETL pipelines using Delta Lake, PySpark, Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold), Oracle GoldenGate CDC for real-time streaming, and FHIR transformations across 240 business days (probable extension).

Position Details

Client: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement

Location: 5775 Yonge Street, Floor 4, M2M 4J1, Toronto, Ontario (Onsite, 8-5PM Mon-Fri)

Start Date: April 1, 2026

End Date: March 31, 2027

Duration: 240 business days (probable extension)

Hours: 7.25 hours per day

Security Level: CRJMC

Deadline: Monday, February 23, 2026, 9:30 AM EST (ACTIVE)

Must Haves

ETL tools (Microsoft SSIS, T-SQL stored procedures); Delta Lake/Databricks pipelines/workflows
Python/PySpark; production Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) implementation
Real-time CDC streaming (Oracle GoldenGate); SQL Server/Oracle databases
