Job Title: Senior Data Scientist

Our Client is seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning & NLP Engineer to join a cross-functional team of data scientists, software engineers, ML engineers, and product managers. This role is at the forefront of delivering AI-powered products that transform how millions of customers interact with their money.
What You’ll Do
Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver breakthrough AI-powered customer experiences.
Leverage a broad stack of technologies — PyTorch, AWS Ultraclusters, Hugging Face, LangChain, Lightning, VectorDBs, and more — to uncover insights from massive volumes of numeric and textual data.
Serve as the expert in Natural Language Processing (NLP), adapting and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) for customer-facing applications.
Build ML and NLP models through all phases of development — design, training, evaluation, and validation — and operationalize them in scalable, resilient production systems serving 80+ million customers.
Translate complex technical work into tangible business goals, influencing stakeholders and driving measurable impact.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related) plus 2 years of data analytics experience
OR Master’s degree in a quantitative field or MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s or PhD in a STEM discipline
Experience working with AWS
At least 2 years’ experience in Python, Scala, or R
At least 2 years’ experience with machine learning
At least 2 years’ experience with SQL
