Job Specifications

I have partnered with a privately owned UK property developer with a proven track record delivering high-quality commercial and mixed-use schemes across the country. They are collaborative and partnership-driven and they continue to expand its development pipeline across industrial, logistics, student, retail and residential sectors.

They are seeking a Property Development Manager to shape and optimise projects from early concept through planning.

The successful candidate will work across sites within the existing pipeline, helping to assess development potential and enhance value.

I'd say this would suit someone with good foundations already in the industry ( maybe having done development, land, planning or development consultancy) who brings strong commercial awareness and appraisal capability. You should be comfortable contributing to planning strategy, engaging stakeholders and identifying value-enhancing solutions, while building effective working relationships across the development process.

In return, the role offers the opportunity to influence and optimise schemes from inception, exposure to a diverse national development pipeline, and the chance to work within an agile, well-capitalised and collaborative business where decision-makers are accessible and ideas are welcomed.
