Description
Manage and deliver technology-driven business improvement projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational enhancements.
Ensure projects align with organisational objectives and deliver measurable value.
Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
Communicate project progress and outcomes effectively to stakeholders.
Analyse and report on project performance to inform future initiatives.
Support the integration of new technologies into existing systems and processes.
Profile
A successful Business Improvement Project Manager should have:
Proven experience in managing technology-driven projects within the Not For Profit sector or similar environments.
A strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business improvements.
The ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong communication skills to present project updates and outcomes clearly.
A keen eye for detail and a results-oriented mindset.
A relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience in project management or technology.
