Duration - 6 months B2B Contract, It's extendable.

Job Description

Define and manage archiving projects.

Organize workshops with business teams, IT, architecture, and SAP.

Supervise implementation of retention rules for SAP and FlexPoint.

Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones.

Coordinate with internal business stakeholders, technical teams (infrastructure, network, security), and external parties (vendors, integrators).

Produce project reporting and lead steering committees.

Manage change management and support user adoption of archiving solutions and support teams.

Lead the implementation of archiving with the group’s development teams.

Ensure compliance with group standards (archiving policy, security frameworks, global data model)

Set up follow up committees with group teams and experts.

Collaborate with local SAP experts on data modelling and archiving objects.

Work with SAP experts on performance, data volume, and offloading strategies.

Monitor impacts on inter system flows: POS → SAP → Archiving.

Ensure security, traceability, and protection of sensitive data are taken into account.

Lead integration, performance, and compliance testing
