On behalf of our Nonprofit SaaS Client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a SDR Manager to join our Client's team on a Full-Time Permanent basis. This role is 100% Remote anywhere in Canada.

Summary of the Role

The SDR Manager will lead a Sales Development team responsible for inbound qualification and targeted outbound prospecting across multiple SaaS product lines. This role oversees pipeline generation, inbound speed-to-lead performance, outbound execution, and overall team productivity. The successful candidate will establish repeatable processes, maintain strong pipeline discipline, and drive consistent SQL and meeting targets aligned with revenue objectives. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on coaching, operational rigor, and scalable performance across a growing organization.
