SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER – STRATEGY & TRANSFORMATION

Contract: March 9, 2026 – July 17, 2026 (Potential Extension)

Hybrid: 2 Days Onsite Per Week

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic transformation initiatives within a fast-paced technology environment. This role will drive complex, cross-functional programs, including potential M&A integration workstreams, while partnering with stakeholders across sales, operations, finance, and technology teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, enjoys influencing senior stakeholders, and has experience delivering large-scale enterprise initiatives from planning through execution.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of project or program management experience

• Experience managing large, complex cross-functional initiatives

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or similar)

• Experience managing full project lifecycle (initiation through closure)

• Basic understanding of end-to-end compensation processes or sales operations environments

NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• Consulting or technology industry experience

• M&A integration or transformation program experience

• Sales or incentive compensation experience

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification

• Salesforce ecosystem experience

• Experience supporting due diligence or integration planning
