Job description:
Lead large-scale, multi-year IT programs, defining program vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with enterprise objectives, ensuring coordinated delivery across business units, delivery teams, and vendor partners.
Establish strong program governance and executive engagement through clear decision frameworks, performance metrics, reporting structures, and stakeholder alignment across senior leadership and technical teams.
Drive end-to-end program delivery, overseeing planning, execution, risk, quality, and architectural alignment to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Manage financials, resources, and partners at scale, including multi-year budgets, forecasting, procurement, vendor performance, and cross-team capacity optimization, while building high-performing, collaborative delivery teams.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclosure
