If so, we have an opportunity for a Social and Content Assistant to join our Craghoppers Marketing team

The Impact You Will Have In This Role Is

You’ll shape how the brand shows up daily across social - building a consistent, confident and culturally relevant presence in the UK and Germany.
You’ll turn passive followers into an engaged community by sparking real conversations and nurturing genuine relationships.
You’ll ensure we’re part of the right moments online - reacting to trends quickly and authentically.
You’ll build creator partnerships that drive credibility, reach and measurable ROI - focusing on long-term advocacy over one-off posts.
You’ll translate performance data into smarter content decisions, continuously optimising for growth, engagement and conversion.
You’ll strengthen brand sentiment by being the trusted, human voice behind every comment, DM and interaction.

As our future Social and Content Assistant you will have:

Proven experience in social media, content and influencer marketing, with a strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
A natural instinct for how brands should show up in-feed - culturally aware, platform-native and audience-first
Excellent written communication skills and the ability to adapt tone effortlessly
Confidence owning day-to-day channel management, from planning and posting to optimisation and reporting
Experience building and managing creator partnerships, including outreach, negotiation and performance tracking
A proactive, organised approach with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
Strong analytical thinking - comfortable turning performance data into actionable insights
A collaborative mindset, working cross-functionally to bring campaigns and content shoots to life
A genuine passion for community building and creating relationships that last
