The Roadmap

The Vice President, Operations owns how AutoVerify runs at scale. This role ensures the company delivers enterprise-grade operational infrastructure by designing, documenting, and enforcing the policies, procedures, and controls that enable secure, resilient, and compliant execution across the business. The VP, Operations leads the transition from product-focused execution to capability-focused operations, ensuring systems provide the redundancy, SOC 2 compliance, and downside-risk protection required by major OEMs and lending partners.

This role defines and optimizes the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash architecture, ensures clean and reliable data flow across platforms, and drives step-change efficiency through automation and AI. In partnership with Product and Engineering, Operations is always release-ready, enabling AI-powered capabilities to perform reliably at scale with minimal to zero human oversight. The role is responsible for improving Revenue Per Employee (RPE), supporting key business decisions, and influencing the company’s long-term direction.

Growing and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and strategic partners is essential. This is an Executive-level position reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.

Duties

Build and maintain the company’s SOP system (“The AV Way”) with RACIs, version control, audits, and adoption KPIs.
Map and optimize cross-tool data flows (CRM→CPQ→Billing, CX↔Engineering, Product→Billing); set data-quality SLAs, reconciliation, and alerting.
Lead Operations functions: RevOps (CRM/billing accuracy, quote-to-cash hygiene, forecasting data), BizOps (process architecture, continuous improvement, EOS scorecard), Internal Automation & Integration (integrations, RPA, LLM-augmented workflows, prompt library), Training & Enablement (AI literacy, role training, release readiness), and Product Operations.
Lead the ERP Modernization initiative: Map and govern the full 'Quote-to-Cash' and 'Product Development-to-Quote' lifecycles. Implement strict RACI charts for data integrity at every handoff.
Drive an automation roadmap (3–5 production wins in year one) with ROI tracking; publish Ops/AI scorecards and hit quarterly EOS Rocks.
Prioritize manual process standardization to ensure stability before deploying automation.
Partner cross-functionally with Product/Engineering, Growth, CX, and Finance to ensure launch readiness and continuous feedback loops.
Manage vendors and internal controls; deliver timely, accurate operational reporting.
Support a culture of continuous development through training.
Serve as a member of the Executive team and participate in key decisions pertaining to product innovation, revenue growth, strategic initiatives and operations.

Qualifications

10+ years senior operations leadership in high-growth or SaaS/tech-enabled environments with ownership of policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Proven impact deploying automation/AI in production operations; familiarity with LLMOps/MLOps (evaluation, monitoring, versioning, telemetry, SLOs).
Strong background in Enterprise Risk Management, SOC 2 certification, and data governance.
Strong systems background across CRM, billing, and customer-support stacks; fluency with EOS (Rocks, Scorecard) an asset.
Excellent change leadership, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration; automotive ecosystem familiarity is an asset.
Experience at leading long-term strategy with organic growth to successful outcomes.
Highly organized with the ability to manage changing or competing priorities.
Strong financial acumen with experience with Revenue Per Employee (RPE) optimization and SaaS/Usage-Based Billing models.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Results-oriented with a successful history of regularly achieving corporate objectives.
Bilingual, preferred but not a requirement.

Performance Package

Salary: $130,000-$180,000/year + discretionary bonus
