We are partnering with a reputable home builder that have several growing communities in South Carolina, and they are needing someone to help lead their Sales and Marketing team in Myrtle Beach as their VP of Sales and Marketing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
5+years of experience in leadership sales role within the homebuilding industry

Responsibilities

The VP of Sales is a strategic and results-driven leader responsible for driving sales performance, managing the sales team, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
This leadership role will focus on cultivating strong client relationships, optimizing sales team performance, and ensuring alignment with overall company objectives
This person will also work with the Marketing team
Recruit, onboard, train, and coach sales team members to optimize performance
Develop, implement, and communicate clear sales goals, performance metrics, and individual development plans
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that encourages accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service
