OUTSIDE IR35 | Identity & Access Management (IAM / IDAM) Engineer – LONDON

£600 - 700 per day outside IR35

12 MONTHS

A major global insurance organisation is kicking off a high-profile IAM transformation and is looking for a top-tier Identity & Access Management (IAM / IDAM) Engineer to help unify and modernise its global identity and access platforms.

This is a hands-on, high-impact, long term contract with real ownership, working across the UK and US on a programme that matters.

What you’ll be driving:

Enhancing global IAM services – PAM, SSO/MFA, Directory Services

Supporting live IAM operations while shaping future-state architecture

Playing a key role in compliance, audits, and certifications

Helping deliver a global IAM roadmap as platforms are standardised and integrated

Role Focus

Approximately 80% Engineering / 20% Architecture & Design Input

You will be actively involved in configuring, implementing, and maintaining IAM platforms rather than overseeing delivery performed by others.

What they’re looking for:

Strong hands-on IAM experience (CyberArk, Delinea, Okta, MS Entra, Active Directory)

Deep understanding of access management & privileged access

Automation skills (PowerShell / Python)

Confident working in a global environment with senior stakeholders

Outside IR35

London / Hybrid

Global-scale programme with real visibility
