Product Engineer (Full-Stack) | London, Farringdon | £90,000 – £130,000

We're hiring a Product Engineer for a fast-growing AI startup in London — and this one's different.

This isn't a ticket-driven engineering role. You'll own ideas from customer conversation through to shipment, working in a flat team on software that's genuinely changing how industries operate.

The Role

Small team. High autonomy. Real ownership. You'll work end-to-end across the full stack — from architecture to UI — in 6-week cycles on the highest-impact projects.

What you'll be doing:

Taking ownership of features from customer conversation to production
Building full-stack solutions that solve real enterprise pain points
Making smart technical trade-offs to optimise for speed and impact
Getting in front of customers, including on-site visits
Helping invent new paradigms for AI-powered software in a growing vertical

What We're Looking For

Solid experience of shipping features in full-stack engineering roles
Experience building products in a high-growth or early-stage environment
Bonus: past founding experience or 0-1 product building
Strong across frontend and backend (NextJS, NestJS, TypeScript stack)
High agency — you don't wait to be told what to do
Based in or willing to relocate to London

Compensation & Benefits

£90,000 – £130,000 base salary
