Soroc is seeking a Production Support Analyst for SAP S/4 HANA production environment on contract.

Client: Consulting

Location: Toronto, 3 days a week onsite

Contract length: 6 months, renewable

Hourly rate: $50- $60/hr Incorporated

Must Have skill/Exp: SAP S/4 HANA - Production Planning/Change Management

Role Descriptions:

Monitor application performance| system health| and batch jobs to ensure stable and uninterrupted production operations.
Investigate| troubleshoot| and resolve production incidents| ensuring timely root cause analysis and documentation.
Coordinate with development| infrastructure| and business teams to drive issue resolution and defect fixes.
Perform impact analysis| log analysis| and configuration reviews to identify recurring patterns and prevent reoccurrence.
Support incident management| problem management| and change management processes in alignment with ITIL best practices.
Maintain and optimize run books| SOPs| and production support documentation for consistent operational handling.
Provide on-call support| ensuring rapid response for critical or high-severity incidents.
Validate deployments| conduct smoke testing| and ensure successful migration of changes into production.
Collaborate with business users to understand issues| communicate updates| and ensure timely service restoration.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities| performance optimizations| and process enhancements.
