Job Responsibilities
As HR Generalist Assistant, you will report to the HRBP Travel Retail & Private Sales – Central Functions and EMEI, and support the GTR & Private Sales HR Team on HR Generalist topics (Talent Attraction & Acquisition, Onboarding, Learning & Development).
Scope: GTR and Private Sales Central and EMEI teams
Apprenticeship starting on September 2026.
Recruitment of Interns and Apprentices :
You assist the HR Business Partner in the recruitment process of interns and apprentices:
Collecting job descriptions from operational managers, reviewing and publishing job offers
Selecting CVs, conducting phone pre-screenings, presenting candidates to managers, the Global HR Manager and the HRBP
Following up and providing feedback to candidates, compiling files to ensure everything is finalized for the first day of the internship/apprenticeship.
Monitoring and Animation of the Intern and Apprentice Community :
You oversee integrating and animating the community of interns and apprentices in collaboration with our Executive Assistant.
Organizing various events – design and communication: integration meeting, support in the initial administrative procedures in the company, breakfast with the CEO and HRD, after-work events, feedback sessions.
Attending MH Emerging Talents events and meetings and cascading initiatives to our young talent community.
Learning :
You assist the HR Business Partner in the learning activities.
Supporting the implementation of training (administrative and logistical management support for training activities).
Participating in meetings to identify managers' training needs. Contributing to the definition of the skills development plan.
Coordinating the organization of the training plan with the various stakeholders.
Updating and monitoring of dashboards and support for the implementation of indicators.
Scope: GTR and Private Sales Worldwide
Talent Development and Learning & Development Projects :
You assist on various transversal talent development and learning and development projects for the full scope (Rise communication and follow up, Career Compass workshops’ organization).
You monitor and track data related to MH Learning usage.
You assist on the Private Sales Products/Categories Expertise Mapping
Communication & Engagement – Central + EMEI
You assist on the Engagement Survey: supporting with reporting conception for each business, region, function, organizing workshops, supporting on the action plan conception and deployment.
You design internal announcements using the corporate tool.
You support the creation and distribution of the monthly HR newsletter: gathering content, writing articles, and ensuring timely publication.
You support the content creation for monthly townhall
You continuously improve and maintain the internal website content to ensure it is up-to-date and user-friendly.

Currently enrolled in business school, IEP or equivalent university specializing in HR - Graduate level.
At least one relevant experience in HR.
Autonomous, proactive, strong sense of rigor and organization.
