We are seeking a results-driven Campaign Marketing Specialist to design and execute strategic marketing initiatives that fuel customer growth, adoption, and long-term value. As a part of the Demand Generation team, this role goes beyond traditional campaign execution; it is about orchestrating thoughtful, data-driven programs that engage and guide customers in the next phase of their journey with Tipalti. You will lead targeted upsell and cross-sell campaigns that feel personalized, timely, and aligned to each customer’s evolving needs.

Ideal for a marketing professional who excels in cross-functional environments, this role is instrumental in accelerating revenue growth throughout the customer lifecycle. You will build multi-channel campaigns that resonate with defined customer cohorts, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Content, and Creative teams to ensure every touchpoint reinforces value and drives measurable growth

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the existing customer base. Drive product adoption through customer education activities. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and other internal teams to align campaign goals with business objectives and customer needs.
Customer Segmentation & Targeting: Identify and prioritize customer segments for campaign targeting using firmographic, behavioral, and product usage data.
Content Development: Work closely with Content and Creative to create and localize compelling campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, and webinars.
Channel Management: Execute and manage campaigns across a variety of channels, including email, in-product messaging, and webinars.
Events: Partner with Account Management and Customer Success teams to plan 1:few closing events (i.e. sporting events, dinners, etc.)
Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns to improve engagement, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.

About You

3+ years of proven experience in software/SaaS marketing, demand generation, campaign management or customer marketing
Experience developing and executing B2B SaaS campaigns to mid-market businesses
Experience with marketing automation, CRM & project management software (Salesforce, Asana, Marketo)
Proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking
Positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work with marketing, sales, customer success and product professionals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Adept at juggling multiple priorities and excellent attention to detail

Bonus

Experience with lifecycle, retention or customer marketing
Familiarity with Gainsight and Pendo
