Analyze how AI solutions fit (or don’t fit) within client enterprise architectures and operating mo
dels.Conduct workshops to understand the real problem before anyone starts buil
ding.Challenge requirements: when a client asks for X, determine whether X is actually what they
need.Translate business needs into functional specifications that technical teams can exe
cute.Manage product backlogs and delivery priorities when embedded in project t
eams.Facilitate alignment between IT, business stakeholders, and C‑level decision ma
kers.Identify where AI adds value—and where it does not (saying “no” is part of the
job).Share knowledge with colleagues in communities and team meet

Must-have: 5+ years of experience in functional analysis, business architecture, or enterprise architecture within B2B co
ntexts.Experience navigating complex stakeholder landscapes (IT, business, and C‑
level).Ability to think in systems, not features—you understand how pieces c
