Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

Master + 5 years of experience or Bachelor + 9 years of experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, including at least 1 year implementing AI-driven business processes.
Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and information systems.
Familiarity with AI technologies and solutions applicable to business operations.
Proficiency with analysis and modeling tools and techniques (use case diagrams, state diagrams, ER models, interaction diagrams, etc.).
Ability to identify opportunities to improve or transform processes through AI.
Experience with large organizational administrative processes.
Fluent in English (C1) and French (B2); additional EU languages are a plus.
