We are currently looking for an experienced UX/UI Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable work experience and develop skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Your role

As the UX/UI Lead, you are the primary architect of the interaction layer that translates complex AI capabilities into Outcome Assurance. Your mission is to define high-precision interaction models that prioritize operational reliability and governed system states over mere aesthetics. You will ensure the interface functions as a stable mechanism for the enterprise to institutionalize expertise and eliminate manual intervention risks.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and maintain detailed representations of our ideal personas, ensuring the product aligns with industrial market needs.
Develop comprehensive user flows that define exactly what users observe, execute, and verify at every stage of the system lifecycle.
Establish and own a unified design system and UX patterns that remain consistent as the platform expands across new technological domains.
Design and validate UX artifacts that enable users to intuitively monitor system state, performance metrics, and potential issues in real-time.
Lead research and validation activities, including deep-dive user interviews and testing, to ensure designs meet the rigorous demands of industrial environments.
Act as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering leads, ensuring the interface accurately captures technical intent and operational reliability.

Job Requirements

3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design within B2B SaaS, industrial automation, or high-complexity technical platforms.
Proven ability to build and scale design systems from the ground up, with a deep understanding of information architecture.
Strong background in qualitative and quantitative research, translating insights into industrial-grade design artifacts.
A track record of prioritizing reliability, precision, and operational trust over marketing-led design.
Experience operating as a core collaborator for Product and Engineering leads in high-stakes, agile environments.
