Wellspring Cancer Support Foundation is seeking a Manager of Donor Stewardship to support our fundraising activities and make a real impact for people living with cancer. 

 

This position is located at Wellspring Westerkirk House, 105 Wellness Way, Toronto (on the campus of the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre), and the successful candidate may choose to work 2 days at home most weeks.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

Demonstrated success in stewarding donors
At least two years’ experience in a donor relations role at a charity/nonprofit
Extensive knowledge of the CRA requirements for receipting donations
Excellent writing skills
High degree of attention to detail
Competency in Excel and Word
Proficiency in the use of Salesforce or other database(s)
Fluency in English

Responsibilities:

Manage Wellspring’s donor stewardship program
Prepare written stewardship reports and gift agreements for donors
Ensure donors receive appropriate recognition, according to relevant agreements and policies
Generate lists and reports on donor data, including revenue reports and analysis
Assist with funding applications as needed
Donation processing, including data entry, thank-you letters, and donation receipts
Support the Donor Relations team

Other information:

Salary: $75,000
Artificial intelligence will not be used in this hiring process
