I am hiring for Business Analyst - Identity & Access Management (IAM) / Entitlements

Location: Northampton - Hybrid / 2-3 days Per week in Office

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a banking or regulated financial services environment.
Demonstrable experience working on Identity & Access Management (IAM), entitlement programmes, or Cyber Security initiatives.
Strong understanding of access governance principles, including:

Least privilege

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC)

Segregation of Duties (SoD)

Experience analyzing entitlements, access roles, privilege structures, and control gaps across complex application landscapes.
Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce high-quality business requirements, process flows, and supporting artefacts.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technology, business, and control functions.
Solid understanding of regulatory and audit expectations within a financial services environment.
