What are your contributions to the team?

Participate in internal governance and preparation.
Support project review boards and other project portfolio meetings.
Assist in ensuring rigor in various internal processes.
Analyze and manipulate large amounts of data in order to propose improvement opportunities.
Develop Business Cases for specific projects.
Ensure data integrity in the system.
Provide support to the management team.
Support the development and implementation of AI-powered dashboards and tools to automate reporting and monitor operational KPIs in real time.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Contribute to internal communications and presentations related to Methods initiatives.

How to thrive in this role?

You are studying business administration, engineering, computer science, project management, or finance.
You have an excellent understanding of management and the contribution of support activities to business success.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs such as Excel, PowerBI, SharePoint.
You convey complex ideas simply through written reports and presentation material.
You can work with a minimum level of supervision and be proactive in proposing solutions and improvements.
Experience with data analysis and visualization using Python (pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) is an asset.
Experience with SAP is an asset.
