We are hiring a Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst to join a high-performing EMEA Sales Strategic Planning & Operations team within a global technology leader.

This is not a reporting role. It is a commercially focused, data-led strategy position partnering directly with senior Sales leadership to drive revenue performance, operational rigour and strategic decision-making across the region.

You will sit at the centre of Sales and Product, translating data into action and influencing revenue outcomes at scale.

The Role

You will:

Own advanced SQL-driven analysis across large, complex datasets
Drive sales performance reporting and regional rhythm of business
Lead monthly and quarterly operational reviews
Identify growth opportunities and operational inefficiencies
Translate global initiatives into regional execution plans
Influence senior stakeholders using structured, data-backed narratives
Present to leadership and drive action from insight

This is a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. You will be expected to define the analysis, not just deliver it.

Top 3 Non-Negotiables

Strong SQL coding and hands-on data analysis capability
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
Confident public speaking and executive-level presentation ability
If you cannot independently extract, manipulate and interpret data using SQL, this role is not the right fit.

Required Background

5-7 years' experience in strategy, consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, revenue operations or a high-growth tech environment
Proven experience solving complex commercial and operational problems
Experience influencing senior stakeholders
Strong executive communication capability
Experience operating in ambiguity and driving structured outcomes
