Business Analyst/Product Design
Background Requirements
3+ years as Business Analyst, Product Designer or similar in tech/pharma/life sciences.
Experience in multinational companies (life sciences/pharma)
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis Focus:
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Drive workshops, interviews, and other requirement-gathering sessions to identify business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
Create and maintain key documentation, including requirement specifications, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product release documentation.
Ensure compliance with GxP, GMP, and data integrity standards throughout all phases of the project.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, QA, GRC, and business stakeholders) to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
Host Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives as needed
Assist in maintaining and optimizing team workflows using tools like Jira or ADO.
Help identify and resolve blockers, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment across teams.
Product Design Focus:
Work closely with stakeholders to define and design intuitive user interfaces and user experience for Front End applications.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and other design assets to help visualize and communicate design solutions.
Ensure designs align with business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints.
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are translated effectively into the final product.
Advocate for user-centric design principles and usability best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
Solid understanding of GxP, GMP, and regulated data environments.
Experience with tech system implementations, validation, and qualification.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate autonomously in complex structures.
Familiarity with SDLC, Agile.
Proficiency in tools like Jira, ADO, or similar.
