Accountabilities

Build and maintain KPI dashboards in Looker Studio from scratch
Integrate data from various platforms including Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and more
Track and visualize key marketing metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
Evolve dashboards as new products and campaigns are launched
Collaborate with the Head of Growth to define KPIs and reporting needs
Document dashboard logic and data sources for long-term scalability
Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify insights and optimization opportunities

Requirements

3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data visualization
Proficiency in Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)
Experience with eCommerce data from platforms like Shopify or advertising solutions
Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple priorities
Ability to work US hours
