We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join a collaborative team within a leading financial services organization. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform to ensure it aligns with business objectives and supports evolving operational needs. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, delivering scalable solutions across Sales and Service Cloud environments.

Responsibilities:

Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, roles, profiles, and data access controls
Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, automation, Lightning Flows, and Omniscripts
Gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable system solutions
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support KPIs and decision-making
Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support
Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and developers to align platform capabilities with strategy
Support Service Cloud optimization initiatives and platform enhancements
Maintain release readiness and stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices
Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability

Experience:

3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Systems Administrator
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required; additional certifications such as Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or CPQ preferred
Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Proficiency in Salesforce Classic and Lightning
Expertise in Lightning Flows and Omniscript
Experience working in enterprise environments (100+ users) with complex business processes
Experience working in Agile environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Preferred: Experience with Data Cloud and Financial Services Cloud
