About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing B2B Sales Representative based in London, Ontario to drive B2B growth for Interviora.

This is a fully commission-based position with a very generous compensation structure, designed for motivated sales professionals who want uncapped earning potential.

You will be responsible for selling Interviora’s services to organizations, educational institutions, and training providers seeking structured interview preparation solutions for their candidates or employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B partnerships in the London, Ontario market

• Generate leads through networking, outreach, and relationship-building

• Present and sell Interviora’s services to HR teams, universities, bootcamps, and organizations

• Negotiate contracts and close deals

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Represent the brand professionally at meetings and networking events

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales (required)

• Strong track record of closing deals and meeting revenue targets

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently

• Strong professional network in the London, Ontario area (preferred)

• Must be located in London, Ontario or surrounding area

Compensation
