CANNES, Central Area

OFFERING:

Salary up to €28K, according to experience
Great Benefits and Individual Commissions

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support daily boutique operations, collaborating with colleagues and management to ensure impeccable standards across the sales floor, stockroom, and visual merchandising in line with company guidelines.
Act as a Brand Ambassador, building and nurturing long-term relationships with new and VIP clients.
Stay up to date with collections, demonstrating strong product knowledge and consistently striving to exceed assigned KPIs.
Deliver exceptional customer service with a strong focus on CRM, client book management, and after-sales follow-up.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 4 year's experience in a premium or luxury fashion industry
Currently working with KPIs, CRM & clients appointments
Fluent in French & English language
