KLR Executive Search Group is proud to partner with a thriving clinical stage, biopharmaceutical company in Greater Boston, to help find an Associate Director, IT Enterprise Systems. The position will serve as the primary IT system owner for the company’s future Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system as well as other key financial and business applications. They will also play key role in the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, ensuring the system configuration fits the functional requirements and the appropriate controls are in place. This individual will also partner with leaders across Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and other functions as needed to drive adoption, operations, and ongoing enhancements to the ERP ecosystem. Responsibilities:

Manage and facilitate, with support, the implementation and adoption of the ERP platform (Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP) including design, configuration, testing, documentation, and adoption.
Communicate key updates to relevant stakeholders to ensure the implementation meets milestones within agreed-to timelines.
Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain leadership on platform governance including developing a platform roadmap and prioritizing and coordinating change requests, enhancements and support tickets.
Develop and manage the ongoing support model including onboarding and managing a qualified Application Service Provider (ASP).
Ensure ongoing compliance with company procedures including SaaS Release Management, Change Management, Problem Management, etc.
Own the SOX IT General Controls (ITGCs) related to the ERP – including collaborating with internal and external auditors to test and enhance controls as needed.
Collaborate with colleagues to design, build and support technical integrations to/from ERP.
Serve as the IT System Owner for other key Finance systems including Concur Expense and Adaptive Planning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience, experience in the Life Sciences industry is strongly preferred.
Proven experience as an ERP functional owner, ERP manager – preferably with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting business processes and SOX, including segregation of duties (SoD) principles.
Experience with Computer Software Assurance/GxP Computer System Validation.
Experience collaborating with Finance and Supply Chain counterparts to prioritize support or enhancement requests.
Experience with system integrations (APIs, data flows, connectors).
Excellent project management skills; clearly communicates timelines and information across business and technical teams.
Some international travel may be required.

The base salary range for this position is $165,000 – $195,000, benefits options and bonus potential are separate. Compensation is determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function, and associated responsibilities, as well as a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
