We Are Hiring: Business Analyst (Fresher / Entry-Level | 0–3 Years)

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates who are eager to start their career as a Business Analyst. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical thinking, academic projects, or internship exposure, who want to learn how data is used to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders

• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management

• Support senior business analysts in requirement analysis and solution design

• Work on academic, internship, or internal projects involving real business data

• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure business needs are clearly understood

• Learn and apply industry best practices in business analysis

• Participate in meetings, discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Basic understanding of data analysis and business metrics

• Knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic analysis)

• Basic knowledge of SQL or databases (good to have)

• Understanding of business processes and workflows

• Good communication and documentation skills

• Strong willingness to learn and adapt

Preferred / Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Academic projects or internships in Business Analysis / Data Analysis

• Exposure to tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio

• Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies

• Knowledge of requirement documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories)

• Online certifications or courses in Business Analysis or Data Analytics
