V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for Business Analyst for our premier client in Frankfort Kentucky.
Education And Experience »
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of recent, relevant work experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Product Suites (Word, Excel, and Visio).
3-5+ years working in a Business Analyst/System Testing position.
Experience defining business problems, gathering and documenting requirements, determining business solutions, and verifying solutions meet requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, And Ability
Must be adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
Must be detail oriented.
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and in conjunction with team members.
Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion is essential.
Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Business Analyst 5 Years (Preferred)
Healthcare: 3 years (Preferred)
Salesforce: 1 Year (Preferred)
SQL: 1 year (Preferred)
What You’ll Do
Job Responsibilities:
Strong understanding of SDLC methodology.
Ability to handle extreme workloads with general direction.
Relationship management and facilitation skills.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient problem-solving skills.
Strong decision-making ability.
The BA/Tester will be a member of a team who will be responsible for:
Writing test plans and testing critical eligibility applications
Participating in JAD discussions and reviewing design documents to understand the testing requirements
