Job Specifications

Our client is seeking an Analytics Engineer to join its growing Data & Analytics team.

You will work closely with senior analytics engineers and cross-functional teams to transform and model data from internal and external sources, enabling reliable reporting and downstream analytics systems.

Responsibilities

Perform data transformation and data modeling to support analytics and reporting initiatives
Clean, structure, and model ingredient and product data for downstream analytics and consumer-facing systems
Build and maintain data transformation models using dbt
Develop and maintain SQL-based transformation logic within the data platform
Collaborate with a Senior Analytics Engineer on allergen reporting initiatives
Ensure data quality through validation, testing, and comparison checks
Enable reliable data consumption for analytics teams and consumer-facing applications

Required Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Analytics, or Data Transformation roles
Strong SQL skills (critical requirement)
Strong Python experience
Experience with data modeling and transformation workflows
Experience working within data or analytics teams and modern data environments
Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources

Nice to Have

Experience with dbt (Data Build Tool)
Experience supporting analytics or reporting platforms

Technical Environment

SQL (primary language)
Python
dbt (already implemented internally)
Modern analytics engineering workflows
