Senior Cloud Architect

Overview

The Senior Cloud Architect will lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions across Azure and AWS environments. This role partners closely with engineering, security, and business stakeholders to define cloud architecture standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design end‑to‑end cloud architectures across Azure and AWS
Define and document cloud standards, patterns, and reference architectures
Lead infrastructure design using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
Review and guide engineering teams on cloud best practices
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and reliability requirements
Create and maintain technical architecture documentation
Evaluate new cloud services and recommend improvements
Support modernization and migration initiatives

Required Skills

8+ years of infrastructure or cloud experience
Strong hands‑on experience with Azure and AWS
Advanced Terraform experience
Proven experience with architecture design and documentation
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
High adaptability in fast‑changing technical environments

Nice to Have

Azure Solutions Architect or AWS certifications
Experience in regulated or enterprise environments
Exposure to DevOps or SRE practices
