Job Specifications

Title: Cloud Support Engineer

Location: Ohio, Columbus

Mandatory Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Scripting languages
Implementing and enforcing security configurations and access control

Role Description / Skills:

Strong understanding of cloud computing fundamentals (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Proficiency with Linux/Windows system administration, networking, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) is a plus.
Support, configure, and troubleshoot cloud services on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Configure and optimize cloud resources (e.g., VPC, IAM, Auto Scaling).
Implement and enforce security configurations, access controls, and best practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
