Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of professional software design experience
Programming expertise in Rust, Go, C++, or Python
Background with AI/ML model training, deployment, and RAG-based systems
Hands-on work across APIs, infrastructure, and real-time systems
Strong GitHub/open-source code portfolio with recent activity
Startup mentality and adaptability to varied tasks
Ability to work full-time, in-person in Santa Monica, CA

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience in AI legal tech, NLP, or similar industries
Prior startup/hands-on engineering background
Excellent communication and technical judgment
