Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Owner with strong Business Systems Analyst (BSA) leadership capabilities to manage requirements, solution definition, and stakeholder alignment for complex, high‑risk regulatory and AML initiatives. The ideal candidate excels at leading BSA teams, translating business needs into actionable system requirements, and ensuring complete, audit-ready documentation. This role requires outstanding communication, deep analytical expertise, and strong command of both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Requirements Management

Lead and mentor BSA teams in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation across strategic initiatives.

Oversee creation of high‑quality BRDs, SRS, and FSDs that are clear, concise, testable, and compliant with regulatory and audit standards.

Manage end‑to‑end initiative execution across diverse stakeholder groups, facilitating alignment, clarity, and timely decision-making.

Regulatory, AML, & Data-Focused Analysis

Conduct data analysis, data lineage tracing, source‑to‑target mapping, and data quality assessments for regulatory and AML initiatives.

Create and maintain Traceability Matrices to ensure coverage, transparency, and audit readiness.

Perform Risk Impact Analyses to assess dependencies, regulatory risks, and downstream effects.

Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
