Project Manager/Business Analyst
Contract: 3-6 months initial contract
Location: Fully Remote (UK)
We are supporting a Local Authority undergoing the early stages of a digital transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to support the delivery of a housing systems project.
This role will play a key part in delivering improvements to housing services through the implementation and optimisation of core housing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the delivery of housing systems projects within a Local Authority environment
Work with stakeholders across housing services and IT teams to gather and translate business requirements
Manage project delivery, timelines, and governance
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to understand operational needs
Support the implementation and optimisation of housing management systems
Contribute to the wider digital transformation programme
Required Experience
Strong experience working as a Project Manager or Business Analyst within Local Government
Proven track record delivering housing systems projects
Experience working with MRI Housing systems
Experience with Totalmobile
Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering capabilities
Desirable
Experience with housing management systems implementations
Knowledge of Local Authority housing processes
Experience working across both Project Management and Business Analysis responsibilities
