Title: Senior GenAI Engineer (LLMs, RAG)

Location: Toronto, ON (3 Days Hybrid)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior GenAI Engineer to design and build LLM-powered AI solutions supporting business users. This role involves developing RAG pipelines, embeddings, prompt engineering, and scalable GenAI microservices, while integrating solutions with enterprise systems in a cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and develop LLM-based solutions (RAG, embeddings, model evaluation).
Build and deploy scalable GenAI services and integrate with internal platforms.
Perform prompt engineering, agent workflows, and safety guardrails.
Evaluate LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama) for performance and cost.
Work with data teams to maintain knowledge bases and vector databases.
Collaborate with engineering and business teams to productionize GenAI solutions.

Requirements:

6+ years in AI/ML/NLP with 2+ years in Generative AI/LLMs.
Strong experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and Python.
Experience building GenAI solutions in production.
Cloud experience (Azure preferred) and strong SQL/data skills.
