Job Specifications

Optomi, in partnership with a leading client is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to help design and scale modern cloud infrastructure across Azure and multi-cloud environments (AWS/GCP). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on engineering, automation, and influencing cloud architecture decisions.

Responsibilities:

Architect and implement cloud infrastructure using IaC (Terraform, Bicep)
Build and improve CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
Lead cloud architecture decisions and infrastructure strategy
Support Kubernetes/container platforms and cloud-native workloads
Improve automation, observability, and cost optimization
Mentor engineers and contribute to DevOps culture and standards

Qualifications:

Strong experience with Azure (AKS, networking, compute, storage)
Experience in AWS and/or GCP environments
Expertise with Terraform or other IaC tools
Experience with Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD pipelines
Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
Passion for automation, reliability, and cloud-native infrastructure
