Business Controller - Brussels - Travel Across Europe

Your Tasks as Business Controller

Monitor business performance by analysing monthly financial results and identifying variances versus budget and forecast.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles, working closely with operational teams to support planning and strategic decision-making.
Develop and improve management reporting, dashboards and KPIs to provide clear financial insights to management.
Act as a finance business partner for different departments, challenging assumptions and supporting operational decisions with financial analysis.
Support strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects through financial modelling, profitability analysis and business cases.

Your Profile as Business Controller

Master’s degree in Finance
Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling. BIG 4 experience is a big asset
Fluent in French and English

Your Package as Business Controller

Yearly gross salary of 70.000€ + package
