Location: UK

Length of Contract: 9 Months

Overview

Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to come in and be responsible for populating and maintaining 3rd Party contracts, facilitating stakeholder workshops to agree on treatments, and supporting Procurement in forming and executing negotiating mandates. The role also includes tracking the benefits secured as contracts are dealt with and supporting various integration workstream activities.

Responsibilities

Support the discovery, documentation, and analysis of “as is” processes regarding in-scope 3rd party contracts.
Validate, complete, and maintain the contract base data, including finding SME contacts in the business and procurement.
Facilitate workshops with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to agree on tactical or full consolidation opportunities.
Own and maintain the consolidation schedule and all data it holds.
Produce and maintain the forecast of benefits once initial data collection and validation are complete.
Track secured benefits by working closely with Procurement Category Managers and logging them as they occur.
Support in identifying and assessing risks, control requirements, and operational impacts throughout the process.
Contribute to reporting, RAID management, and progress tracking for the integration workstream.

Essential Skills & Experience Required

Strong experience in Business Analysis within transformation, data collection, and organisation.
Proven ability to capture and document complexities clearly and at varying levels of detail.
Skilled facilitator able to engage stakeholders from multiple teams.
Experience working with Procurement and 3rd party contracts.
Solid understanding of risk, control, compliance, and governance considerations in process design.
Analytical and structured thinker with excellent communication skills.
Experience in Data analytics, insurance, Pricing & Underwriting, or operational functions desirable but not essential.
