Allegis Global Solutions is recruiting for a contract position, and the assignment will be at Warner Bros. Discovery

Role: Travel coordinator

Contract: 6 months

Location: Chiswick

Mode: Hybrid

Your Role Accountabilities

Proactively manage all administrative tasks relating to event logistics, from initial planning through to on-site delivery
Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements including rooming lists, flights, and ground transportation
Collaborate confidently with multiple departments across Europe to track and fulfil logistics requirements
Maintain accurate data management and oversee critical timelines
Communicate clearly and professionally with suppliers, partners, and travellers, providing detailed logistical briefings
Raise purchase orders and process invoices to ensure accurate and timely vendor payments
Support post-event financial reconciliation, including budget tracking and reporting

Qualifications & Experience

Proven administrative experience with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Experience working with large volumes of data confidently and efficiently
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong initiative and motivation
Strong-service orientated approach
Willingness to travel on-site for short periods during key events

Beneficial Experience

Experience within the travel industry and/or live sports events
Ability to communicate in French within a business environment
