London - Hybrid (3 days office / 2 remote)

12 month + contract

€57,000 salary

A leading global enterprise technology organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Events Manager to support the delivery of high-impact executive engagement programmes across Europe.

This role sits within a fast-moving international marketing organisation and will focus on premium executive events, hospitality programmes and leadership-level engagement initiatives designed to strengthen client relationships and drive commercial impact.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, marketing teams and external partners to deliver exceptional experiences for executive audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Support the delivery of executive hospitality programmes, including premium sporting events such as Formula One
Coordinate exclusive executive dinners and leadership events across Europe
Manage project timelines, planning milestones and programme execution
Track and manage event budgets, vendors and agency partners
Collaborate with brand and creative teams to develop event assets and experiences
Support audience acquisition and executive invitation programmes
Partner with field marketing and sales leadership to ensure events support pipeline and client engagement goals
Facilitate cross-functional planning meetings with internal stakeholders

Experience Required

6-8 years' experience in event management, including at least 4 years managing executive or C-suite events
Proven experience delivering high-touch corporate hospitality or executive engagement programmes
Strong project planning, budgeting and vendor management experience
Comfortable working with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
Experience supporting sales-aligned marketing events or pipeline-driving programmes
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple programmes in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
