Job Specifications

A24 is looking for two (2) part-time, in-office interns to support the Business + Legal Affairs team for the summer. Must be available up to 20 hours per week with 2-3 days in our West Hollywood office from June to August 2026.

Initial Responsibilities

Reviewing and summarizing talent deals across a variety of film and television projects to improve internal communication and efficiency
Assisting with maintenance of the business affairs and legal department’s knowledge management resources
Researching legal questions related to film and television projects and industry updates (e.g., guild rules, AI policies, etc.)
Managing signature pages and compiling fully executed documents
Assisting with entity formation
Assisting with additional special projects

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an ABA accredited law school
Available part-time during the summer to work in person at A24’s LA office in West Hollywood
Interest in entertainment law (specifically in film and television production)
Highly motivated and detail oriented
Excellent written and oral communication skills
